IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

The MCOA Board approved the following motion:

"Failure to release/cancel unneeded rooms at the National Specialty Host
Hotel, 30 days prior to the first day of Specialty activity will result in a
fine; amount determined, and imposed by the MCOA Board, with payment
required to the MCOA upon receipt of notification. Fines may be appealed in
writing, to the Board of Directors, for late cancellations made for
emergency reasons only."

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Holiday Inn
Crystal Lake, Illinois

Room rates are $91.00 a night plus taxes. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms with dogs and upon a check out inspection, $50.00 will be credited or refunded. A limit of three dogs per room will be allowed and you will be allowed to reserve a maximum of two rooms.

Please call the reservation manager directly to reserve rooms.
The number is 815-404-2012. You may need to leave a message, but we have been assured that you call/reservation will be confirmed in a timely fashion.

If you plan to fly, you will want to fly into O'Hare Airport. There is bus service to the hotel ($16.00) and takes about forty minutes.
